Al Seely, A.S.I.D.

 

With over 30 years of proven success, owner and designer, Al Seely, ASID has spent his professional life creating and implementing high-end custom design for residential and business customers. This seasoned interior designer has perfected the ability to readily translate his client’s needs and lifestyles into effective and functional projects ensuring that all milestones, deadlines, and budget requirements are met.

As a NCIDQ certified interior designer, Al interfaces with vendors, showrooms and artisans to maintain a complete and current understanding of design expertise when considering space planning, color, and design schemes.

During his career he has designed and supervised installations for residential projects with locations all across the country, advising with new construction design as well as renovations. Al prides himself in his eye for color, the art of visualizing spatial dimensions, and, most importantly, the talent to individualize the client’s style, providing a beautiful and functional design that incorporates their tastes as well as his. His clients are universally pleased with the results.

After graduating from Ringling School of Art, Al has maintained his design expertise by staying active in professional organizations. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Virginia chapter of ASID (acting as President for one of those years) and held a position on the NCIDQ examination committee. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Albany Museum of Art.

Lindsay McCracken, B. Arch. Associate Designer

 

With a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Syracuse University and 5 years of experience in the Design industry, both Architecture and Interior Design, Lindsay has obtained an extensive exposure to the various aspects of residential and commercial design. Working along-side designers on high-end residential and hospitality projects as well as low-income housing, she understands that the influence of the everyday lives of clients must translate creatively and aesthetically through the design concepts. Each project is uniquely personal and Lindsay’s design experience, management and collaboration on projects in various states throughout the country, solidify her passion and belief that culture and lifestyle are transitioned seamlessly into the aesthetics and function of design.

Lindsay’s technical skills and experience in space planning and 3-dimensional modeling, coupled with architectural drafting and construction documentation allow her to connect to her clients in the ways suitable to them in order to understand the design concepts and process.
